Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, EX NIHILO is committed to ethical beauty. All our products are 100% cruelty-free and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been sprayed or used.

Can I get samples before purchasing a full-size bottle?

We include two complimentary samples with every full-size bottle purchase. Additionally, we offer a Discovery Set that allows you to experience our scents before committing to a larger size.

How should I store my perfumes to ensure longevity?

To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as in a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom.
